Our Boston, MA Lab is looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to join the team!

The Inventory Manager position plays an intricate role in operations by overseeing the inventory stock levels of the business in the inventory control process. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Supervision of team.

• Monitors/execute special projects, provide reporting and quick return.

• Perform/manage computer system input.

• Train, provide direction, and coordinate schedules/activities of assigned personnel.

• Communicate with various departments, to provide, receive information, resolve questions and issues.

• Monitor warehouse, warehouse transfers for accuracy and effectiveness.

• Maintain and assist with Quality Incident Reports (QIR’s).

• Support projects assigned.

• Analysis and reporting inventory levels.

• Reconciling receiving/put away variances, reporting overages/shortage issues.

• Process recalls and quarantines.

Requirements

Previous Inventory Management experience.

Attention to detail.

Good organizational skills.

Comfortable managing.
