Order Processing Customer Service Representative position in Lincolnwood, IL!

Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for a Customer Support professional with experience in the industrial / manufacturing space to process purchase orders within an ERP system for a leading producer of machinery. Responsibilities:

• Processing customer requests for quotes, pricing, and orders via phone, email, & chat

• Working with the sales team to convert quotes into processed orders

• Consulting with customers on technical issues they encounter with products and triaging as required

• Maintaining an expert level product and industry knowledge to proficiently navigate customer concerns

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Order Processing experience within an industrial manufacturing work environment

• Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of a CRM / ERP system such as Salesforce

• Exceptional ability to communicate professionally with customers, operate within multiple systems, and process purchase orders with speed

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

Hours:

• Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week)

• Business Casual

• Director of Customer Service

• In-Office / Onsite

Employment Type:

• Direct Hire; Permanent

Compensation:

• $23.32 – $25.03 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
