Data Entry Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a SaaS company with a location in Downtown Phoenix. This company is looking for a Data Entry Analyst to join their team and report on various marketing campaigns’ performance. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with a hybrid schedule.

Duties will include:

• Working closely with the customer success team and providing behind the scenes reporting support on their client’s marketing campaigns
• Ensuring campaigns roll out on time and “stay live” the for the entire duration of the campaign
• Overseeing all live campaigns and creating reports within Excel to track each campaign’s progress and audience
• Data entry/data analytics and creating reports on how marketing campaigns could perform better with higher visibility

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of data entry or reporting experience
• Prior experience managing a high volume of data is a must!
• Proficiency in all MS office, especially Excel. Experience using Salesforce and Adobe a huge plus!
