Accounting Principals is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our clients Austin-based team. This person would process multi-state payroll and complete payroll-related tasks such as managing the payroll inbox and maintaining documents. As a Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Process bi-weekly payroll

• Manage employee benefits and garnishments

• Maintain accurate and organized payroll records

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards

• Answer and resolve and payroll-related issues

An ideal Payroll Specialist will have:

• 5+ years of payroll experience

• Excellent attention to detail

• Experience using ADP a plus

• Strong communication skills
