A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOOKKEEPER
As a part-time Bookkeeper you perform the essential duties that keep our finances in order. You are a friendly, hard-working person who meshes well with our small, tight-knit team. Attentive to detail, you handle financial matters such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, statement reconciliations, and weekly payroll. You verify document information to ensure everything is correct, accurately filing records when completed.
While in the office, you also answer phone calls and perform light HR duties such as assisting with proposal and contract write-ups. You keep our office well-stocked by proactively ordering supplies before we run out. You feel great about keeping our remodeling company’s books in order!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BOOKKEEPER
This part-time bookkeeping position works 8 – 12 hours a week on a flexible schedule. Mondays or Tuesdays are required so you can process weekly payroll.
