Remote Human Resources Coordinator
Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading healthcare company to fill their open Remote Human Resources Coordinator job. You will work using company-provided equipment. To qualify, you must possess at least one year of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity. You will earn between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour in this role and you will be eligible to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs. When you become a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new employees
- Gathering and verifying employee information
- Maintaining compliance with the company’s HR policies and procedures
- Updating all employee files in the database
- Answering employees’ HR questions
- Monitoring the statuses of background checks and drug screens
Qualifications:
- At least one year of recent, relevant experience in Human Resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
- Hourly rate between $18.00 and $20.00, depending on your level of previous experience
