Role Description

As a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, you will be responsible for various land surveying tasks such as subdivisions, boundary reinstatement surveys, topographic surveys, and construction setout surveys – to name a few. You will also be involved in subdivision design, resource consent applications, due diligence assistance, project feasibility assessments, and boundary dispute resolutions.

Role Requirements

• License to Undertake Cadastral Surveys
• Qualified to work in New Zealand
• Full NZ driver’s license
• 5+ years recent experience
• Experienced user of Landonline, 12d and AutoCAD
• Familiar with the use of GNSS and Robotic Total Stations
• Excellent communications skills
• Commitment to a culture of quality and improvement
• Ability to manage/balance workload and client expectations
