Administrative/Marketing Assistant to the Principal
We have four beautiful Montessori schools in O.C. and L.A. counties. We founded this outstanding Montessori early childhood education brand in California six years ago, focusing on acquiring and operating Montessori childcare centers of the highest standard of teaching quality. We have had extraordinary success with our four schools, and it is time to hire an experienced and excellent administrative/marketing assistant to the principal to accelerate our brand growth.

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and willing to learn and grow with us by working in the administrative department at LiMai Montessori Academy to provides support to the principal who runs 4 schools in a wide range of office and school operations; coordinates and organizes office activities and coordinates flow of communications and information for the Principal; provides support by planning, organizing, supervising and participating in four schools’ online marketing operation; maintains confidentiality of sensitive and personal information; prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to assigned activities.
This administrative assistant position not only assists the principal with the administration of the four Montessori schools, but also requires in-depth involvement in marketing campaigns and familiarity with online marketing. The administrative assistant of Pricincipal also take responsibility of updated and monitored the Bid Strategy in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads which resulted in a CTR increase.The person hired for this position will receive a commission corresponding to the increase in enrollment among four schools.
The number of hours work shedule on a part-time or full-time basis may be negotiable with the principal regarding this important position.
