mdINR, a national supplier of in-home INR monitors, is looking for work from home Customer Service Representatives that will be a liaison between our company and current/new customers. A successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to their needs. Obtain complete medical documentation regarding their INR device as well as verifying insurance coverage.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Maintain Excellent Customer Service as our CORE values
• Follow all regulatory policies and procedures to include HIPPA requirements

Requirements

Must be able to provide your own computer hardware, software and home internet in a quiet/private environment. The minimum requirements are:
