We are looking for full-time teacher for a reception class for April 2023 or sooner
Kirton Primary School is a dynamic, multi-award-winning school, offering a multitude of career opportunities. We have been in the top 2% of schools nationally for six years running, and our successes have featured in the national media.
We are looking for an exciting and engaging reception teacher. They should have high aspirations for children and a belief that every child can achieve. We value the whole child and the whole curriculum.
We welcome applications from both experienced class teachers and those at the start of their career. If the successful applicant were to be an ECT, they would have the bespoke support of an experienced mentor.
We have a team of dedicated and talented teaching assistants, and an excellent career development programme. We are a three-form-entry school, and our year groups are arranged in single-age, parallel classes. Teachers of the same year group take PPA time together to collaborate on planning, preparation and assessment.
