We are looking for a QA Engineer in our Payment Applications team, to lead our Level 3 EMV Certifications, Linkly certifications, as well as contribute more broadly to the team’s QA activities. L3 certification confirms that an EMV-compliant payment terminal will work with merchant or bank systems to enable end-to-end transaction acceptance. The testing ensures that a device meets the requirements of the individual payment system before it is deployed and is a critical part in the development of our payment solutions.

You will have a desire on automating as much as possible, although many of the L3 certification processes are still manual at this time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Establish and maintain regression test suites to guarantee the stability of our payment systems through software updates and enhancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for payment processing workflows, including continuous integration.
• Maintain currency and understanding of the L3 certifications, and manage the certifications process.
• Work with developers for a consistent understanding and development of our own products against L3 requirements.
• Communicate regularly and clearly with third parties, including Linkly customers.

OUR PERFECT MATCH

• Payments industry experience, ideally with an awareness of L3 certifications, is desirable.
• Knowledge of AS2805 or ISO8583, switching systems, android development and Back Office payment platforms.
• Experience in software quality and test roles, including creating comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
• Ability to create manual and automated tests from acceptance criteria and requirements
• Experience with testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, UL tool, Xray for JIRA, and/or Service Now.
