Currently, we have an exciting opportunity, due to continued company growth, for a PART- TIME Corporate Administrative Assistant at our corporate office in Woodbury, MN. This position requires working Wednesday -Friday, 8am-4pm. As a Corporate Administrative Assistant, you will provide support for the COO, Operations leadership as well as other positions as needed.

Corporate Administrative Assistant responsibilities include:

1) Scheduling support

2) Sales recaps

3) Preparing presentations

4) Video review

5) Set up and organizing group meetings

6) Track deliveries and inventories

7) Updating budget tracking forms, keeping key data current

8) Communication to the company from the COO

9) Vendor support

10) Scheduling interviews

11) Weekly summary reports

12) Gatekeeper for inner department communications

13) Misc. errands and duties as needed.
