Lithia Motors Hiring for Cashier/Receptionist at Bend, OR Full Time

Lithia Motors of Bend is looking for a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team!

Lithia Motors is the largest auto dealership group in the country with over 300 stores, Lithia is about providing customers with an honest, simpler experience, all the while working in a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts
• Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted
• May occasionally close repair orders
• May assist Manager with Payroll and Work in Process Balancing
• May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software
• Document Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements
• Answer and direct inbound phone calls
• Schedule Appointments
• Issue Purchase Orders for parts, sublets, and supply orders
• Scan File Contents into management software
• Greet Customers
• Operational Controls
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Excellent communication
• Automotive experience (preferred)
• Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred)
• Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour
