Looking for a Korean/English speaking Data Entry/Filing Clerk who is diligent with a great work ethic. If you are someone who is willing to learn and be trained, we’d love to have you on the team.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enters a variety of data into information systems.
• Files all elements of patient records on a daily basis.
• Date stamps all clinical notes on a daily basis.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and organization information at all times.
• Maintains adequate inventory of medical supplies/items needed to provide appropriate patient care.
• Performs other specific projects relating to data entry and computer operations as required.
• Answers telephone lines promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively use computer software and technology as required by the member facility including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Knowledge of handling medical records and of basics of scanning and uploading files, downloading and executing is a plus
• Experience in health care data entry/filing, preferably in home health care information systems is a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Multi-task

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• Bilingual candidates (Korean/English) Required
• Legally Authorized to work in the US

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
