Impact Roofing & Plumbing operates throughout Dunedin and Otago and has a wealth of experience in the roofing and plumbing industry. We have a number of dedicated and loyal residential and commercial customers who value our workmanship and customer care.   

About the Position

Due to a retirement, we are looking for a positive and organised administrator to join our team. This is a permanent, part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) position working in our South Dunedin office. 

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, and working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

• General office administration duties
• Supporting the weekly payroll processing
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in an office administration role
• Well-developed communication and customer service skills
• Experience working within the Microsoft Office suite of products
• An impeccable work ethic with excellent time management and organisational skills
• The ability to think on their feet
• Experience working with MYOB and Infusion Business Software is preferred
