Logel Homes Looking for Sales Associate at Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area , AB Full Time

We are currently looking for 1 full-time Sales Associate and 1 part-time Sales Associate to join our growing and dynamic team. This individual is a valued team member who works closely with our sales team to deliver high-quality homes on time and on budget to our valued customers. Responsibilities

General Clerical:

1. Filing- Signed sales contracts, upgrades lists, customer files etc.
2. Document management – Scanning, photocopying, faxing, saving and distributing electronic documents.
3. Maintain records of customer database
4. Assist Area Sales Manager in providing projections and reports to achieve monthly and annual sales goals

Customer Service

1. Welcome/greet all prospects
2. Maintain an active role in all aspects of customer service (setting and managing all homeowners expectations throughout the purchasing process)
3. Assist in meeting sales targets and goals
4. Follow up with prospective home buyers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis through multiple communication channels
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism in the sales center, show suites and appearance of marketing materials and signage
6. Communicate any customer inquiries or concerns quickly and accurately with Area Sales Manager and/or Sales and Marketing Manager

Problem Management/Quality Control

1. Ensure homeowner expectations are managed and issues are completed in a timely manner

Personal/Team Development

1. Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.
2. Shop competitor products to ensure Logel Homes product, pricing, and specifications align or exceed industry standards
3. Responsible for following company dress code policy

Innovation

1. To present yourself as promotable, innovative, creative and a self-starter.
2. Put forward innovative ideas that may improve individual, office or sales center efforts.

Safety

1. Encourage all safety policies, procedures and laws to be followed in our daily practices.
2. Ability to consistently display, through example, behaviours at work that are aligned with Logel Homes’ Safety Policy.
