As a Dishwasher at Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, you’ll stay busy. Whether it’s operating a dishwashing machine (for dine-in restaurants), a 3-compartment sink, or cleaning that spot behind the oven, we’ll rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you’re needed. To thrive in this job, previous experience working at restaurants is preferred, however not required. You must love great food, hustling to help your team out, and keeping pizzas flying out of the kitchen. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch or expand your restaurant career.

• You’re on the move. You’ll likely be on your feet your entire shift. You’ll be cleaning, sweeping, and operating a dishwashing machine (for dine-in restaurants). You must be able to lift 50-80 pounds throughout your shift.
• Taking on new duties and doing whatever is needed. You’ll learn by doing.

• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
