Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic is seeking a Medical Office Appointment Scheduler to join our team, located in St. Matthews, Kentucky.

The Medical Office Appointment Scheduler provides a variety of patient and customer service-related activities within the call center. These activities include but are not limited to:

• Answers phones and directs calls during business hours.
• Schedules patient appointments, knowing all schedules and locations.
• Enters appointments, basic patient information and demographics into scheduling system.
• Maintains knowledge of and follows policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following education and experience:

· One High school diploma; required

· 1+ years customer service experience; preferred

The ideal candidate will also possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals
• Ability to handle situational stress in work environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer literate

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday that requires no nights or weekends. Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic offers a benefit package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401k retirement plan with employer contributions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
