Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and
chat
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a
professional and timely manner
– Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue
resolution
– Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve
any outstanding issues
– Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer
satisfaction
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software
applications
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple
priorities
– Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and schedules
