Main Accountabilities
· Support the Ghost Kitchen Executive Chef with the mission of consistently offering high quality products across all Ghost Kitchen operations in the US
· Propose delicious and cost-oriented dishes to be sold across ghost kitchens all over the US based on food trends, ingredient availability and cross-brand synergies
· Drive food innovation across all of our brands, proactively proposing improvements to existing recipes in our portfolio and developing new menus which are suitable for home delivery on e.g. Uber Eats, Doordash, Grubhub
· Proactively identify new packaging alternatives that could improve customer experience
· Support on photoshoots and filming, and/or content creation sessions for Social Media purposes
· Training of all Ghost Kitchen staff, finding the best ways to keep staff engaged and assessing their ability to execute dishes according to technical specs (SOPs) and food safety guidelines (HACCP)
· Support Market Managers in checking quality and performing internal audits where needed to ensure culinary adherence to specifications.
· Conduct site visits to offer Culinary support and provide detailed reports including plans of action
· Maintain and update specs, recipes and photographs in the company’s data management system
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Minimum 5 years of experience in quick or limited-service restaurants (preferably multi-unit) as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef
· Experience with training by demonstration (theoretical and practical)
· Experience with developing recipes, pairing ingredients and design-to-cost
· Experience with testing and documenting recipes
· Experience operating in multi-cultural environments
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Working knowledge of Spanish is desirable.

· Remote, preferred locations in Miami, Chicago & Denver
· Expected travel 80% of the time to our ghost kitchens across the country
