Our IDEA Global Internship Program

Our IDEA Global Internship Program is a full-time paid internship for approximately 12 weeks starting in or around June 2023. Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities.

Through the course of the program, we’ve designed a variety of exciting, fun and thoughtful sessions and experiences. There will also be opportunities to connect, collaborate and build relationships with interns across the globe. All interns follow two tracks of learning: the in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and the broad breadth knowledge of our business operations. Our IDEA Global Internship Program curates a journey for each intern to discover where their passions lie and helps them lay out their career path.

About this team

The Raw Materials Intern is a role that is doing value-added administration that supports company business foundation: data integrity, removing blocks from product workflow, participate, listen and learn best practices. Ability to perform business tasks consistently and reliably. Support function specific roles in raw material development.

A day in the life

All of our interns play an important role in our business and are key members of the team. Some of the tasks, roles and responsibilities include:

• Supporting current strategies and portfolios of work
• Working with cross-functional partners to gain alignment on strategic projects
• Supporting in the day-to-day management of building out solutions for key projects and/or programs
• Participating in several meetings and conversations pertaining to key areas of your work
• Drive data maintenance – in all Raw Material related systems including historical data integrity/updates, support
• Ensure data integrity
• Organizing, requesting fabric hangers, lengths
• Controlling all shipping/receiving packages
