WHAT WE DO

In the School of Public Services the team strive constantly to ensure all students are given every opportunity to meet their aspirations by making exceptional progress in their studies.

Students are studying Public Services qualifications to progress into careers within the Police, Fire Service, Ambulance Service and Armed Forces.

We are looking for a Coach to support learners in the meeting their targets and supporting their personal development and wellbeing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

To be responsible for a caseload of students tracking their attendance and progress to ensure they reach their targets.

Supporting students’ pastoral and wellbeing needs and delivering tutorials.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for applicants who have;

Experience in working successfully with different groups of students

The ability to relate to students and support them personally and academically to achieve and progress

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with students, team members, parents etc
