A superb opportunity has arisen to be at the heart of providing support for learning and teaching activity at the University of Bath. As Curriculum and Academic Staff Developer you will provide advice and guidance on curriculum and assessment design and contribute to staff development activity.
Working in the Curriculum Development team and in close collaboration with the Academic Staff Development team in the Centre for Learning and Teaching, you will:
You will be motivated to support staff who teach to develop their practice in effective and sustainable ways. You will use your knowledge, skills, and experience to understand staff needs and work collaboratively to develop and implement guidance and development opportunities. You will need to hold Fellowship (or Senior/Principal Fellowship) of the Higher Education Academy and have experience of organising and facilitating academic staff development workshops and events.
Both regular and flexible working patterns will be considered. Our expectation is that a minimum of 40% of time will be required on-campus. We support flexible work requests and will be happy to discuss individual situations.
