Maven Dental Casual Pool | 2-4 days per week on call casual shifts

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant seeking additional hours or 2-4 days per week casual work? If so, we want to hear from you!

An exciting opportunity has become available for experienced Dental Assistants to join our Maven Dental Perth casual pool. The successful candidates will offer on call casual support to our network of practices in the Perth region (or practices within reasonable distance from you) and be available 2+ days per week. This role also offers a view to ongoing casual shifts or permanent employment if desired.

A snapshot of what you will be doing

• Provide exceptional patient care and assist Dentists;
• Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards;
• Recording treatment info in patient records;
• Maintaining all equipment and helping the team with stock control;
• Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist;
• Participate in the planning + treatment presentation and follow-up for patient care;
• Play a pro-active role in each day’s appointment schedule and patient; activities to ensure things run as seamless as possible; And
• Be an advocate for positive and pro-active dental care.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 6 months’ Dental Assisting experience;
• Certificate III in Dental preferred but not essential;
• Positive attitude and team player;
• Exceptional patient care and customer service skills;
• High attention to details and ability to multi task
