Role Description:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Lumote Digital in Wellington. In this full-time/ part-time remote, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inside Sales: Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and emails to generate new leads.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects, building a robust pipeline of potential customers.
• Communication: Effectively communicate Lumote Digital’s value proposition to prospective clients.
• Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and share insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven +2 years experiences in inside sales and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
