Overview: This position is responsible for providing hospitable, courteous, and efficient customer service through our online shopping portal. Duties include selecting the finest products as specified and ordered by customers, packaging and delivering groceries to customers vehicles, in addition to ensuring all items are handled with care and special attention is given to perishable and other delicate items to minimize damage and maintain shelf life.

Location: Primarily sales floor and backrooms

What to Expect: We pride ourselves on providing Best in Class customer service which includes shopping customer orders based on selected pick-up/delivery times, follow specific customer notes, and notify customers of all items out of stock and offer substitutions.
