Being a compounder requires concentration, discretion and the ability to evolve, possessing a keen interest in personal and professional development, improving knowledge and abilities will ensure Compounding skills remain at the height of expertise, guaranteeing exceptional products hand crafted with care.

We are looking for a person with vision, someone who will respect the raw materials and knows the importance of retaining quality and perfection whilst compounding. You will join an exclusive team and become a part of the expanding world of Lush compounders, combining ingredients and following formulas you will successfully create eye-catching and practical products of the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Reading the production method, making sure you understand the full process.
• Ensure your area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Gather raw materials, always check the quality.
• Collect equipment needed.
• Assemble raw materials correctly.
• You are the face of your product, take pride and ownership in producing quality mixes with meticulous precision & attention to detail.
• Label finished products with – compounders name, date completed and weight ( record daily products finished )
• All equipment used to be cleaned, dried and returned to their correct station.
• Log daily machine checks – report faults.
• Commitment to safe working practices.
• Be involved in stock checks when required, eg monthly – weekly – daily.
• Keep formulas private & confidential whilst creating products – Discard safely by shredding once compounding complete. Hourly, daily shredding must be done routinely after each product or at the end of your shift.
