The role
This role sits within the Digital team and reports directly into Senior Trading Manager (Acquisition). You will be responsible for end to end email campaign delivery in the UK, as well as coordinating the global team to deliver email campaigns locally, all in support of our acquisition and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of email marketing campaigns
• Own the email marketing schedule and align to key brand moments and campaign events
• Coordinate global team of digital marketing leads to deliver email plan
• Brief and collaborate with creative teams to produce assets for email campaigns
• Produce copy for email campaigns that align with our brand tone of voice, as well as drive conversions
• Champion email marketing best practice throughout the business
• Ability to collaborate with the wider team to produce integrated campaigns to bring our brand events and product launches to life
• Identify opportunities for audience segmentation and email personalisation
• Responsible for continuous test and learn to improve email efficiency
• Closely monitor email performance, provide insight analysis and use data to continually optimise strategy
• Keep up to date with latest email trends, new technology and developments

Skills and experience:

• 2-3 years experience of creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including email automation and personalisation
• A flair for copy writing and the ability to disseminate the brand tone of voice through engaging email campaigns
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
• Confident with analysing data and using reporting tools
• Understanding of data privacy and relevant legislation
• Experience of planning and running A/B testing to optimise campaign delivery
• A clear and concise communicator
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Experience of global email delivery a bonus
• Experience of using Braze is a bonus.
