We are looking for a highly motivated intern to be part of the Client Development team. His/Her main goal will be to support on the development of CRM actions to improve client engagement.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Coordination with country teams and other departments (merchandising, communications) for CRM calendar planning and actions to be taken
• Support Client Development team on EDMs and push notifications
• Monitor and analyse CRM results to provide recommendations / actions to develop client

Support roll-out of projects for In-store Clientelling Tools

• Consolidation of feedback from country teams
• Involvement in user acceptance testing
• Work closely with retail teams to ensure smooth roll-out and adoption

Profil

Key Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel practice and knowledge, Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and meticulous
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to work independently and proactive
