Macdonald & Company Hiring For Senior Strategy Manager – Real Estate (Global remit) at Singapore Full Time

Our client is a global multinational real estate company with core asset classes across residential, retail, commercial & business parks, industrial & logistics and hospitality. This is an exceptional platform to be working intimately with a team of forward thinking leadership across the business, looking to hire a Senior Strategy Manager based in Singapore. 

In this role, you will be part of the team driving Group annual strategy reviews (forecasting and planning); performance measurement and analytics; financial/portfolio impact analyses from changing market conditions. Working closely with all business units, Group functions and manage stakeholders, you will be adding value by helping to generate actionable insights that deliver value to stakeholders and analytics in a business context and provides interaction with senior management.

You will take an active role in reviewing the organisation’s budget and forecast to provide insightful analysis of both financial and portfolio impact, collaborating with investment research team to present reports to key business leaders. 

To be selected for this role, you will have 6-8 years experience, highly numerate and experienced in direct real estate investment experience regionally or internationally, worked in an investment unit within real estate fund/consultancy. You will possess strong and structured analytical skills, ability to connect the dots between market developments to business impact. Proficiency in Powerpoint and ability to create effective decks for communicating insights and business implications to senior management, and MS Excel skills and ability to develop simple Excel models to analyse complex issues critically.
