Summary
The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with our Engineering Department to accurately enter data into company ERP system. The ideal candidate will be quick and accurate in their entries. This position will report to the Engineering Manager and will work closely with department team members to accurately document entries and changes.

“Essential Job Functions”

• Collects and enters data into Company ERP system in a timely fashion.
• Maintains accurate company records
• Exhibits exceptional verbal and written skills.
• Demonstrates professionalism in all internal and external communication and demeanor.
• Works closely with other departments within the company
• Collaborates with all departments to take a full scope view of processes and how they flow through necessary systems
• Identifies change in processes and offers applications and solutions to promote optimal efficiency as MacroAir continues to grow
• Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Experience in Data Entry
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office Word and Excel
• Great attention to detail
• High School degree or equivalent
• CAD & 3D modeling knowledge would be helpful

Special Requirements:

• May be required to work overtime when approved.
