- $75k per Annum
The Role
This role will be supporting senior management the organisation is running efficiently and effectively. Duties include but are not limited to;
- Smooth, efficient functioning of manager’s office to enable focus on organisational priorities
- Effective systems to support manager’s needs
- Purchase orders and approvals managed within budget constraints
- Correspondence tracking system is effective
- Professional standards of presentation and layout
- Managers informed and briefed in a timely manner
- Information managed with sensitivity, professionalism and respecting confidentiality
- Timely and accurate reporting on information to support organisation / division / department information requirements
About You
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy office or organisation. You will also have;
- Resilience to work within a fast-paced environment
- Warm and friendly attitude
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Be proactive and use initiative
