This is an exciting opportunity to merge your personal assistant experience and utilise your administration, coordination, and customer care skills to support an organisation in the government sector.

  • $75k per Annum

The Role

This role will be supporting senior management the organisation is running efficiently and effectively. Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Smooth, efficient functioning of manager’s office to enable focus on organisational priorities
  • Effective systems to support manager’s needs
  • Purchase orders and approvals managed within budget constraints
  • Correspondence tracking system is effective
  • Professional standards of presentation and layout
  • Managers informed and briefed in a timely manner
  • Information managed with sensitivity, professionalism and respecting confidentiality
  • Timely and accurate reporting on information to support organisation / division / department information requirements

About You

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have previous experience within a busy office or organisation. You will also have;

  • Resilience to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Warm and friendly attitude
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Be proactive and use initiative
