SUMMARY
HR Internship opportunity that offers exposure to various functions within a dynamic human resources department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Identifying areas in need for standard process procedures, understand best practices and document procedures.
– Support the summer internship program with learning and development opportunities and special events.
– Partner with the recruiting group and DEI organization to foster diversity across MAHLE.
– Support events coordination and onsite initiatives as needed.
– Evaluate our current campus and develop proposals to increase engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university
– Major: Human Resources or Business
– Class Standing: Sophomore or Junior preferred
– Preferred skills: MS office (experience in Excel including Vlookup, pivot tables, formulas)
– Prior internship experience is a plus but not required
