Responsibilities

• Become an expert in last-mile delivery – UPS, FedEx, DHL, & USPS without driving a truck or working in a warehouse.
• Advise customers on the store’s services, including shipping, package pickup, mailbox rentals.
• Provide customer service to customers within the store, by telephone, and by email.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Work fulltime 40 hours during store hours of Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-2pm.
• Ability to work at the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody locations – stores are less than 4 miles away.

Ideal candidate has –

• Previous experience at The UPS Store, FedEx Office location, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of computer/Internet/iPhone/Android usage.
• Intermediate skills with common computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google tools.
• Typing skills using a standard computer keyboard.
• Ability to obtain Georgia notary license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Eligible to work within the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
