We are a supplier and sometimes installer of premium wall floor tiles and slabs from Italy to building projects and also to walk in customers to our showroom

Due to a shift in our business direction and expansion, we require a full time Admin Executive( Purchaser)

His job entails him or her to send  and retrieve all emails of the director. Liase with overseas and local suppliers for the purchase of goods. Assist sales team to check on stocks availability and best prices. Create a data base for these prices. Make request for samples to be despatched by air courier. Follow up on proforma invoices from suppliers and given to shipping executive for shipment of the orders. 

The ideal candidate should preferably possess a diploma with good communication skills. He/she should also be hardworking and able to perform a multi tasking role. Preferably with 1-2 years experience in related field.               

The job benefits are as follows: Quarterly incentive will be given to good and performing candidates. Medical benefits upon completion of 6 months service . Leave entitlement will follow Mom guidelines . 

Max Salary : $2700/- to commensurate with experience
