Manpower Hiring for Administrative Assistant/ Operational Excellence Job at Champion, MI Full Time

The Marquette MI Manpower office is assisting a local business in their search for a highly skilled admin to fill a vacancy in their Operational Excellence Department. This is a contracted position, up to 12 months long, with potential to become permanent. Qualified candidates will be very reliable, have a MINIMUM of high school diploma (associates degree preferred), and 5 years of experience working in a fast paced office environment with a wide variety of programs.

MAIN PURPOSE: Performs numerous management and administrative support activities for Operational Excellence
Group, many being of a highly confidential or sensitive nature. Oversees the administrative functions for the group.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with CI Idea Processing and acknowledgment emails, tracking and documenting, and financial

analysis

• Assist in maintaining CI SharePoint site
• Assist with maintaining JotForm inputs and data
• Assist with improvement reward and recognition programs, and post highlights to Beekeeper social media
• Assist with 5S program including data collection, reporting, and as needed for assessments and

recognition.

• Assist with training including coordination and communications
• Assist with month end reporting
• Assist with monthly expense reports
• Data collection and reporting as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education, qualifications and experience:

• High school education or equivalent is required
• Additional education (Associates Degree or higher) is preferred or five (5) years of experience working in a

high-volume office setting

• Previous experience with Mining, Procurement, Continuous Improvement, and data analytics preferred
