What will you be doing?

• Enter purchase orders and assist Purchasing Manager.
• Reviews items to determine if purchase orders need to be entered and enter purchase order if applicable.
• Assist shipping with printing waybills, calling truck driver and placing labels on product for shipments.
• Serve as LP9000 Lead Auditor.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities related to product and/or the system.
• Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product process and the management system.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
• Verify the implementation of solutions.
• Maintain inventory and purchase office supplies.
• Follow all established environmental procedures.
• Assist with end-of-period closing, as needed.
• Any other necessary duties as directed by Management.

• Strong knowledge of math and English.
• Good computer skills (Excel).
• Good organizational skills.
• Commitment to LP9000 quality management system and Continuous Improvement
