Job Responsibilities:

• Incharge of the sourcing, evaluating and procurement of the lab supplies to ensure the optimal cost-saving for the business.
• Engage in Issuing the quotations, Purchase Order, Invoices and Delivery Order.
• Monitor/Inspect the quality of the stocks, and ensure the inventory system is up to date.
• Build the rapport with the suppliers, negotiate for the best pricing/payment terms, and source for appropriate samples and products.
• Schedule and arrange for the shipment and delivery.

Job requirement:

• Diploma in BioScience, Biotechnology or related qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing related experience in the Life Science industry.
• Experienced in Oversea sourcing and liaise with the Suppliers/Colleagues from China.
• Good team player, Passionate and take initiative to solve issues.
