As a Service Representative. currently looking for a Customer Service Representative hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM. building sustainable relationships and trust with customers; providing accurate and valid information; handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions; and taking the extra mile to engage customers

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing customers and guiding them through the moving/delivery process
• Data Entry
• Scheduling orders into the Calendar
• Maintaining consistent communication with clients
• Filing and organizing paperwork
• Preparing outgoing orders to be picked up or to be shipped out with UPS

* Demonstrate the ability to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

* Assist with branch operations, delivering a remarkable customer experience, achieving sales and production goals, and handling transaction service requests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
