Mark Lohan Kitchens are based in Roscommon.

We have a manufacturing facility on the Racecourse road and a showroom on the Golf Links Road. Due to ongoing expansion, we have an opportunity for a scheduling administrator.

This is an integral role in the company and it involves the following:

1. Working with our sales team to understand when customers required their kitchens fitted.

2. Working with our purchasing team to ensure that the component parts are purchased in time and ready for manufacture

3. Working with our manufacturing team to ensure that our manufacturing schedule corresponds with our fitting schedule.

4. Working with our clients and fitters to ensure that we can deliver and install based on their requirements and our fitter availability.

5. Working with out worktop suppliers who fit after us to make sure that the kitchen is fully completed on time.

We would also like the successful candidate to be involved in the implementation of systems in the business.

If you are a good co-ordinator and good planning skills and the ability to communicate well, both verbally and written, then this might be the role for you.

This is an 8am to 5pm role – Monday to Friday.
