Market Access Direct is seeking a potential candidate for our Part-Time Data Entry Clerk position. We are a rapidly growing marketing consulting and lead generation organization specializing in marketing insurance and financial service products.

This role will is on-site and will be responsible for the gathering and transfer procedure of marketing responses from physical data to our digital databases. This capturing of information requires a high degree of accuracy and precision.

Responsibilities include:

• Gather, capture, and transfer data from physical documents to our digital databases in an accurate and timely manner.
• Verifies entered data by thorough reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Maintains and protects confidential customer information.

The ideal candidate will possess, but is not limited to the following:

• Basic computer skills.
• Quick typing skills
• Microsoft Office proficient. Specializing in Excel
• Data analytical
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional organization
• Data entry or clerical experience preferred

Daytime hours. Somewhat flexible. On-site

Perfect for the person looking to work 10 – 20 hours per week.
