Marquis Property Company, LTD , is a commercial and residential real estate development & management firm. We have an immediate opening for an administrative assistant. We are looking for a dependable and responsible person with a positive attitude to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative assistant.
Responsible for assisting the Managing Director with day-to-day business activities for all properties and management company. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.

REQUIREMENTS:
· 2+ years office experience (office, retail) required
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
· Willingness to remain flexible with job responsibilities & be a Jack/Jill of all trades.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Yardi Voyager knowledge helpful, but not required
· Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
· Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience helpful, but not required
· Must be a self-starter capable of operating at a high level with minimal supervision
· Must be able to work successfully in a small team environment.

Pay: $26.50 – $29.00 per hour
