You will manage the ordering and stocking of supplies, ensuring that every team has the resources they need to perform their jobs seamlessly. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, creating an inviting office environment that reflects our culture. Your role will involve prioritizing tasks, providing centralized administrative support, and building strong relationships with employees and vendors.Our future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:1-3 years of relevant experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAvailability to work part-time in the Louisville office 5 days a week, totaling 20 hours per weekThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious mailroom and/or office management experience within an insurance agencyExperience with Client Resource Management systemsFamiliarity with event planning and executionWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes.
