Mason Hayes & Curran LLP is a leading Irish law firm based in Dublin with offices in San Francisco, New York and London. We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in the following sectors: Energy, Technology, Financial Services, Built Environment and Healthcare & Life Sciences.

Our Knowledge department is seeking an administrative assistant to provide support on a part-time basis. This role would suit an experienced and highly organised administrative professional with excellent Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities include

• Formatting – use advanced Word skills to format legal documentation, new precedents, handbooks, email communications etc.
• Training – assist with the administration and preparation for training events across the firm, including preparing slides and training materials and maintaining attendance records
• Meetings – schedule, set up, attend and take minutes of meetings as required
• Communication – ensure Knowledge communications are formatted correctly and circulated to both new joiners and current staff as appropriate, and
• Other duties as required

Candidate requirements

• Prior experience in a busy administrative support role is required
• Excellent MS Word and Excel skills
• Proven organisational and time management skills, and
• A proactive and adaptable approach
