Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide dedicated executive and office
management support to two Deans within the Office of the Provost

About this area The Office of the Provost is responsible for the strategic leadership to the
University across the areas of research, learning and teaching, enterprise
and Pacific student success in order to drive the development and
implementation of strategies, policies and standards that underpin the
delivery of quality research and teaching across the institution.

Accountabilities
Personal assistance • Diary Management for the Deans – Manage and monitor appointment

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications: A relevant formal qualification would be an advantage

Experience within a University setting and with a range of

Advanced experience in all Microsoft Office software including
Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Adobe, SharePoint and

Event management experience would be an advantage.
Experience in organising meetings and providing minute-taking for
