Maui Paradise Properties (MPP) is currently hiring a fulltime Office Assistant to join our team! Must reside on Maui.

Ideal Candidate:

Assists with certain office operations to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support. The ability to work independently with little supervision (after training) and work efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner. The individual should be extremely organized and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and be liaison for various departments. Being at the front of the office, we require a professional appearance and positive attitude when greeting guests, answering phones, or helping the team! Willing to be flexible and grow with the company and industry as trends change.

Responsibilities:

• Direct personnel to office related documents and office related matters
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Coordinate with IT on office equipment
• Sustain relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
• Manage contract & price negotiations with office vendors and service providers, if applicable
• Support for laundry and warehouse facilities in Lahaina
• Provide general support to guests/visitors for walk-ins or phone calls
• Coordinate staff activities & participation of company events
• Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
• Provide customer service and team support with a positive attitude
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment

Requirements:

• Proven office support, administrative or assistant responsibilities
• Reliable, Punctuality, Confidentiality
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Poses excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• The position includes light reception duties & answer phones
• Willingness to learn
• Must be flexibility
• Computer skills and technology skills helpful yet willing to train
• Must reside on Maui

Compensation based on experience.
