We are a real estate team focus on both commercial and residential sale over Greater Vancouver, we are now seeking two real estate assistants and multi-tasking superstars who are detail-oriented and able to handle a multitude of paper works and duties, the ideal candidate will be well organized, excellent at paperwork, timely in responses and will have a passion for real estate.
Skill Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required .
2.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
3. Fast, efficient, and self-motivated, strong organization and problem – solving skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, or Numbers and Pages.
5. Be able to work on the weekends sometimes .
6. Exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1.Uploading listings, do paper works related to listings and offers.
2. Advertising, maintain all kinds of social media.
3. Organizing showings.
4. Responding to Emails, especially strong communication skills to Lawyers and Landlords.
6. Answering the phone.
7. Sending and Picking up documents and Keys.
