We are currently looking for a Project Estimator to work in our main office.

As Estimator, you are responsible for reviewing customer scopes and technician field notes and constructing a project budget for various repair or maintenance projects. This position requires a background of hands on work in a construction or maintenance field. Scopes accepted would include drywall, plumbing, electrical, residential remodeling, or similar. A qualified candidate does not need experience in all of the above, but at least one would provide a solid starting point from which the rest could grow.

Professional communication, punctuality, and reliability are necessary.

This position is available either as full time (40 hours a week) or part time (16-32 hours per week). Hours are negotiable, but would remain constant once set other than specified exceptions. Compensation is experience based.

This position has room for upward mobility in a company currently experiencing large growth in both volume and territory. After a probationary period new hires will qualify for benefits, including: health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401k. This position has the potential to become salaried, based on performance.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
