Position Overview
This Associate Content & Communications Manager I will join our join our Global Creative & Digital Transformation team to own the planning of digital/print content, the development of digital presence, and manage editorial calendars for McCormick Flavor Solutions in Latin America. Collaborating with internal teams to create seamless brand presence across platforms, this position will work closely in collaboration with the Senior Global Content & Communications Manager and Content & Communications Managers.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop best-in-class content for both organic and paid distribution – including but not limited to digital, print, customer PowerPoint presentations, and video – to create a seamless brand presence across platforms. Work with internal content team members: Digital Platforms + CRM Manager, copywriter, photographers, videographer, graphic designer.
Establish digital presence and lead content planning to support business objectives for assigned brands.
Support creative reporting including quarterly creative reviews and real-time successes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or Communications field
2-3 years relevant work experience.
Experience in the food service industry
Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to handle a high-volume workload
Experience working with many cross-functional team members across the organization
Bilingual in English and Spanish. Resumes must be submitted in English.
Strong knowledge of native social insights tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and is able to adapt easily with platform changes.
Willingness to react and respond in a timely manner
Keeps up-to-date with B2B and foodservice industry trends and new platform innovations.
Preferred Qualifcations
Experience working with multiple brands with unique styles and tones of voice.
Familiar with social management and monitoring tools (Hootsuite, Crimson Hexagon, etc.)
Knowledge of paid social analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
Cooking experience/food and ingredient knowledge
