Responsibilities:

• Support sales team in ordering processing, work orders invoicing, job scheduling, follow-up order acceptance, and inquiries.

• Work closely with the Sales, Operation, Logistics & Production personnel to resolve necessary inquiries.

• Actively engage suppliers and customers in all Forecast Planning and Inventory Control delivery.

• Liaise with forwarders and carriers for shipping booking, confirmation, and documents.

• Weekly updating customer re-schedule/ Review internal and external forecasting/ Update delivery schedule list.

• Customer order and supplier purchase value validation.

• Work closely with the team on stock allocation and order priority

• Deliveries to meet both supplier and customer requirements in an accurate manner.

• Prompt and timely update of reports.

• Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned by the superior, management.
